Lead-only categories

Real estate & vehicles are inquiry-only

These categories list and capture inquiries — they never run on-platform checkout, and Gideon does not act as a broker or dealer.

What lead-only means

You can post the listing and receive buyer inquiries through Gideon. The actual transaction — payment, title, financing, contracts, closing — happens off-platform under the applicable rules and licensed professionals. Gideon doesn't process it and doesn't provide purchase protection for it.

Real estate

Property listings are inquiry-based only. Gideon is not a real estate broker and does not handle closings, title, escrow, or commissions in the MVP. Listings and messages must follow applicable real estate, licensing, and advertising rules.

Fair housing — equal opportunity

Equal housing opportunity. Property listings and communications must not express any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class. Listings that violate fair housing rules are removed.

Vehicles

Vehicle listings are inquiry-based with VIN, mileage, and title-status fields and a required dealer vs. private-seller disclosure. There is no on-platform checkout, financing, title transfer, or registration. Always inspect a vehicle in person before any off-platform transaction.

Why these are separate

High-value, heavily-regulated transactions deserve licensed professionals and the right paperwork. Lead-only keeps Gideon useful for discovery and inquiries without pretending to be an escrow, brokerage, or dealer.

This page describes Gideon product guardrails and is not legal, tax, or brokerage advice. Sellers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
