Pickup codes
- When a local-pickup order is arranged, Gideon issues a one-time pickup code.
- The buyer shares the code at handoff; the seller confirms it to mark the pickup complete.
- Completion via code is what makes the order eligible for seller protection.

Common-sense safety
Meet in a public, well-lit place when possible, bring someone along for large items, and keep all communication and payment on Gideon. If a deal moves off-platform, protection no longer applies.
